When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or use the Service, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, job title, and login credentials. When you submit content for carousel generation — such as webinar transcripts, video URLs, or other text — that content is processed by our AI systems and temporarily stored to deliver the Service.
2.2 Payment Information
InsightSlide AI uses Stripe, Inc. as its payment processor. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information directly. All payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. When you make a payment, Stripe may collect your name, billing address, payment card details, and transaction history. We receive only a tokenized reference and limited billing metadata (e.g., last four digits, card brand, expiry date) from Stripe. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
2.3 Usage and Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data. This information is used to maintain and improve the Service, diagnose technical issues, and analyze usage patterns.
